If you’re looking to exchange your order, we’re here to help!

We offer exchanges and returns for store credit within 14 days of purchase subject to stock availability.
Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method at this time.

To make an exchange, please email us at hello@bridgeandbella.com with the following details:

• Your order number
  

• Your current size
  

• The size you’d like to exchange for
  
  

We will confirm stock availability and arrange a time for you to visit our warehouse for the exchange.

Please ensure the following before your visit:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  

• Exchanges are available only on weekdays between 10am–2pm.
